I had a good chat with Brian Webb yesterday. He'll join today's meeting to ensure we have all our current logistical questions answered or in queue with him. Wayne, we need to get agreement from Sage Management before we do space planning for any meeting with 90 Minds. How should we approach them to see if they want to?

I suggest once 90 Minds determines if another meeting with Sage Product MGT would be beneficial that we ask Sage directly. I suggest we start at the top and request a Stephen Kelly meeting (Sage MGT) , then Scott Munro (Sage Product). If we have a feel for numbers I wouldn't have a problem emailing either of them directly (vs going through their PR company). Or someone on the committee can email. Stephen Kelly - stephen.kelly@sage.com Scott Munro - scott.munro@sage.com My message to Scott would be that it's probably beneficial to get the word out early if they are going to introduce new modules or risk negative feedback from consultants who had to sit and learn about the new technology alongside their customers. My message to Stephen would be whether we can get some update on the way North America is going and what the future plans are for the legacy products. Taking a wild guess but I'd say if we were to have at least 30 people attend that Sage might make a greater effort to be there.

Sage appears to have outsourced their PR. I don't know Sherri but she seems to be handling the press and probably is someone to act as a contact to arrange for meeting requests.

Very important to determine the cost of the room plus the number available to us on Sunday plus whether we are expected to buy our lunch from them as well. That will drive our planning for Sunday.
