I had a conversation this morning with Marty Rotblatt from Association Resources. He is looking to prepare some information for us -- if and how he can help.
I add in ""if"" because I sense that for their purposes we may be a rather small customer and they are weighing whether it makes sense to work with us on a limited basis.
It's hard to predict, though I sense that AR would like to manage the entire scope of services - member, accounting, socialcast, events.
I advised that as we turned away from being managed by an administrative team that the group would likely need to scale back some services or we run the risk of starting (and managing) a myriad of committees which could be even more time consuming.
In short it looks like AR is going to give us some feedback on pricing. That feedback might be that they wouldn't be involved unless they had a greater role (funny this hasn't come up until now) or perhaps they'll give us a number for starting with administrative management while we continue to manage events.
I'll keep everyone posted on anything that I hear back.
