I had a client with this issue: error 26 in syccen line 1135. The RES ID on Sage's KB says you have to delete all their lookups in order to fix. I was able to fix it my copying out sy1q04.soa from the soa directory to another directory, renamed the file, edited using DFDM (for the credit card encrypted and unencrypted keys to match values in 4.40), then rename it back, make a backup of the original, and copy the new file in. Note that you have to do the renaming business because if you try to edit SY1Q04 by itself, DFDM won't let you.

Interesting and could come in handy with other errors. The lookups seem to be causing a lot of problems lately - have a client missing the Contact lookups when they go into Paperless - known bug in 4.40 and no resolution listed yet (they had a possibility - CO utilities, but that didn't work).
