    I had a 32 user customer site question their 14% maintenance increase. We were told by Sage that this is the last year that the un-grandfathering of the user licenses will cause a large maintenance increase. So I wonder if that means Sage 100 revenues are going to tank now that the user license price increase has been spread over the last few years.

    Of course not, since we're all busy selling those same customers on ""C"".

    @WayneSchulz - I think this goes back to what you and I spoke about a few weeks back. I think a lot of customers have been hit with sticker shock and it's getting pretty hard as a Sage partner to defend the increase when there is nothing much to justify it. I've heard through the grapevine that attrition is starting to rise quickly. This is all fallout from Doug LaBahn's pricing strategy. I pity the people at Xero if they follow his lead.
