I give. How do you import employee email addresses into the paperless file? Once again, I have been unsuccessful at searching, even thought I've wasted about 20 minutes doing so.

I'd have to go find my import, but in a nutshell the paperless document file is like the header file, you give it the form etc, and the line field gets the ""extra"" email address.

it's finding the file in the first place that I can't do. Unless that's something they added in a later version... I should go check that.

There's a KB that shows which files hold with email - have you located that? I know I *just* stumbled across it recently

I actually know the name of the file - but can't find it as being available in VI. I thought I remembered there was a trick - I'm going to go read release notes now.

Oh, sorry, Beth, I just immediately applied it to import I had just worked on.(Customer emails. A customer of ours wanted their salesperson email on every document for every customer. I made a script to import it into their customer's extra email in paperless)

You know, that would be a good enhancement for Sage to add, because I've had 2 people so far that wanted that same thing.

@BethBowers yep, our customer loves it. I never really thought about it, but every time they would build a customer(they are a high customer volume business) they'd have to go in and create a paperless office record for each form and then add the salesperson email to each form. The script saves them a bunch of time.
