I get these requests almost every day. In essence, people want to moron proof the software. I don't think this is possible without using Custom Office to blank the field out however I'd welcome to be proven wrong. **Is there a way to disable people from putting anything in the ""To Additional Email""? A right perhaps?**

I have used a process like this in the past. Go into Paperless Office setup screen for Email and evoke the Custom Office function (Ctrl+F9). Insert a Link Object that is large enough to completely cover the ""To Additional Email"" box. Add a Text Message like ""Do Not Click this Box""; a bitmap is optional. Go to the Link Settings Tab, set the type to ""image"" and point to a JPG file on the server. When the user clicks on the box that says ""do not click on this box"", the JPG Image will launch open.
