I found one customer in January 2017 where I'm positive we renewed their maintenance (have the Sage Invoice dated January 2017). Yet when I login to look the customer shows as lapsed on maintenance. Anyone else having issues such as this? I hate to think that we now have to follow the transaction all the way to the portal and double check Sage.

I have found that the renewal does not show until the renewal date has past. So if a customer's renewal date is 1/31/2017 and they have paid the renewal, it won't show on the portal until tomorrow.

@JaneCavanaugh it should show up in Future.

Yes, we had a client that renewed in December but it is not on the portal and we have not received a Credit Commission invoice from Sage on it either. Following up today on it.

We are adding another manual step to verify that the order is committed online 30 days after the expiration

We had a fun renewal... in 2013 Sage gave client a deal if they bought 3 years of maintenance. In 2016 at renewal Sage didn't show they owned PR. Apparently if you prepaid, it was an even worse transition to subscription PR. So, not only did they renew, did Sage renew all their modules? Had another that Sage dropped Job Cost, still not sure why?
