I don't work a lot with premium, but if you delete a company and all data files and then want to use the company code again with empty files does it work the same as a std or adv version.

I think the database still exists in SQL after a ""Sage delete"", so short answer yes, you can use it again, but you might want to access the SQL database and remove any leftovers there if you need it to be a clean sweep.
