I created some UDFs, all with the same name ""UPS_ACCOUNT"", string of length 10, and added the UDFs to Customer Maintenance, Sales Order Header, Sales Order Invoice Header, AR Transaction update, and AR invoice History.
The data stored in the Customer Maintenance UDF mysteriously disappears about once a month. This has happen 4-5 times since I set it up back in April. I have rebuilt key files, ran the 2 custom office utilities, update custom panels and rebuild customizer log, combed through the customer audit log, and the system activity log. I've got nothing... ready to reinitialize data files and leave the country.
