90p Admin

I created a new tab under the spreadsheet to manage the sessions a little more easily. We currently have 9 hours of content to fill. 2 hours - All hands 3 hours - Technical track 4 hours - Business track I've added a column for each of us to submit topics. I think it would be beneficial to sort this out this week. As an alternative to adding topics, we could extend topics over multiple timeslots if we think there is more that needs to be said on a particular topic. I'm beginning to feel like Wayne. Too damned many threads.

I know the feeling. We need to get the agenda worked out, right? I suggested a meeting but was told we could do it over email. So here we are. The reason there are so many threads is that we are running this as a group. It's a natural by-product.

Would setting up a 90 Minds MOTM Admin group in Socialcast work better? Or would the Projects work?

Personally I think it's a bit much ado about nothing. The majority of the planning tasks are nearing completion I believe. I know we are all busy but we're getting close to being done. I would like to finalize the agenda this week so we can: a) include it on the invite b) decide if we have a timeslot for the websitepipeline guys

I think we are close too. Btw. No need for an agenda on the invite. I thing it is a mistake to publish the addenda invade we need to make change. I do think we should list the topics we are covering.
