I can't tell if I'm losing my mind or if something weird is going on (hold those comments). On new client install, if you change the qty ordered in a sales order, price goes to 0. Qty Brk pricing not turned on, customer pricing not turned on, item pricing not turned on - no special pricing anywhere. Must be some check box, but I can't find it and can't replicate on my machine so far. What am I missing this fine Friday AM?

are you SURE there is no custom pricing setup? In item maintenance, try changing the items Price code field to blank (if it is not already) there could be that the Price code itself has something setup. delete the line and reenter it on the sales order to test.

What's the valuation method of the item?

Use Price Lookup in Item Inquiry and it will display the rule it uses

It is doing it on every single item, including a TEST item I just setup. Valuation FIFO. Std price is 0. I enter the item with a price, pull the order back up and change the qty, and it zeros out the price.

Ah, that's what it is. Keeps overriding with the STD Price. Ugh, this sucks for client with custom parts that uses a generic part number.
