I can't seem to find anything on KB anymore. This is the last information I have related to 4.x regarding AV exclusions. Can anyone let me know if this is still applicable or if I'm missing other extensions? The exlcusion list should include the following file types: SOA M4T M4P M4L M4D PVC LIB RPT XEQ DD DDE DDF

That is the complete list I have for 4.x. It's best to also exclude the entire \mas90 folder from all scan routines. For v2013 and up we have been using what Sage had in a ""Slow Performance"" resolution . For Speed Performance the following can be changed to address that issue Verify that Anti Virus program has been configured to exclude the 1. Folder Exclusions: ..\..\MAS90 directory ..\..\SAP BusinessObjects 2. Extension Exclusions .M4T .M4L .M4P .PVX .RPT .SOA .PVC .UI 3. Turn Off Tamper Proof Settings 4. Turn Off Scan Network drives

Page 6 of this SPM seems to contain the same info regarding exclusions - http://goo.gl/sKuem We have a conference call this Thursday with Sage and one concern that I'm going to express is that these supported platform documents need to be more readily available so we're not constantly authenticating, downloading and emailing to our customers.
