I can't believe I can't figure this out. I'm in Customer Maintenance and clicking on the Ship Via underline but it will not open the table to permit adding new methods. What am I missing?

Go to SO Options and change the ""Use Shipping Code to Calculate Freight"" to anything but NO. Then you should be able to edit in Shipping Rate Maintenance. Once done, you can turn it back off.

And if customers assign freight amounts, make sure you turn it back off! Otherwise, if they change the ship via or anything on the lines, it will wipe out the freight.
