I was just able to register. Give it another shot. And BTW - I've not idea how this dashboard is going to be of much use. Would there be any way that the dashboard would tell me that for customer xyz they are good candidates for just about everything Sage sells? Obviously they drop stuff like EDI and Bar Code if there is no inventory module in use.
And ok so they show me the customer calls to Sage. I guess that's helpful if you don't offer your own support plan but to me that just seems to be a tool to use in building a break-fix business........ as in ""gee ok let me see what Sage couldn't fix so i can go in at x per hour in 15 minute increments and pick up the mess and serve as the unpaid complaint department for Sage"" ...
