I like Verizon. Had way too much trouble with AT&T

What are your issues with Sprint?

I have had T-mobile service on a Blackberry and 3 business ip-based phone lines for just a little bit over 3 years now. Very happy with them. I got my first cell phone back in 1983 and T-Mobile is the only cell phone company that I have ever been really happy with. I have only had to call customer service 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years (2 of them to get a Blackberry with a worn out USB port replaced) and they have been great to work with every time. I had Sprint for a while as well and decided that life was just too short to continue messing with them. The only two things that I would suggest you look into is their coverage area where you work and live and just be aware that unless the justice department says no to the merger/acquisition they will be part of AT&T at some point in the not too distant future.

I really like T-Mobile. I have been with them for years (7+). Customer support has been great. Price has been great. Coverage is Great and continues to get better. I kind of hope the AT&T deal doesn't go through.

Thanks Greg. I called them today and was blown away by the difference in service (Sprint vs t-mobile). I'm aware that they may end up with AT&T, but my contract would be in force until expiration. 3 & 4G service is available, so that's not an obstacle. @ToddMartin Thanks for the feedback as well. I concur about the merger.

Coverage. Coverage. Coverage. If I had to pick one for coverage in CT = AT&T because it seems to slightly edge out Verizon with signal reach (and I'm thinking that might be unique to CT). Customer service seems best with Verizon. I have a T-Mobile account. When it is within signal range it is absolutely the best voice quality of all my phones. I'm using a Google Nexus S on T-Mobile Be sure you review: http://business.t-mobile.com/ Hard to beat $44.99 for unlimited The current ""best"" Android is the Samsung Galaxy SII I also have the BlackBerry 9930 which I like quite a bit primarily for the keyboard and secondly for the fact that I paired my Gmail account with a $10/mo BlackBerry Exchange to REALLY sync email and it is much better than stock BlackBerry Gmail sync .

Personally I have found that while Sprint may have some good pricing programs the lack of training of their employees at all levels results in some really bad and incorrect service at times.

I've been a sprint customer like 15 years. From my perspective (and jd powers) their customer service is 10 times better than what it is used to be, especially since the agents are now in Georgia instead of India. Sounds like tomorrow Sprint will get a 1 quarter exclusive the iphone 5

@MarkChinsky Am here for you man, if you need to talk. I never quite understood the iwhatever fad, so it's not on my radar. Looks like I have to wait until 10/12 for the Galaxy SII and the new HTC to arrive though.

@MarkChinsky - if you add a ""--"" right above your signature line when you reply on Socialcast the signature won't appear.

Mark, It's t-mobile. My local store won't get the new phones until 10/12.

Never buy through the local store. Use Amazon or another online source. I swear by Amazon Wireless. They ship pretty quickly, are usually cheaper and almost everything to setup the phone can be done via phone.

@WayneSchulz That's a given. I just want to check them out at the store before I buy.

Galaxy s 2 phone is absolutely incredible. Now that apple is selling the iphone 4s the galaxy s 2 is really a generation ahead of any other phone on the market currently

My single favorite feature of android is the ability for the browser to reflow text when you zoom in on it. This means when you try and read a lot a text while not looking closely at your phone and you don't have read I find it t so much easier to read
