I believe we've had this discussion before. Any way to disable the ALE export to Excel other than -- (A) Take MS Excel off the computer. I don't think the ALE screens can be modified with custom office but I'd be willing to be proven wrong.

Ctrl F9 does nothing on an ALE screen - so no apparent Custom Office options.

This seems like a weird security hole -- I can definitely understand a company that does not want their people to export their entire customer list to Excel....

Yeah, tying it to the AR Reports security would be logical. It's not tied now.

I have customers that are not happy about the excel button. You would think that someone has figured out a way to disable it.
