    I believe the answer to this is no, but would happily be proven wrong. We'd like a custom lookup showing quantity available, which is calculated from QuantityOnHand-QuantityOnSalesOrder-QuantityOnBackOrder, but IM_ItemWarehouse is not one of the tables it offers for these. Is there a way to add it?

    I'm not aware of a way. I thought I heard something about ""line/detail"" data being made available for just that, but that easily could have been my imagination. Alternatively I suppose BIE.

    I believe they're looking for an ALE type lookup

    We added a UDF's to CI_Item for Avail Qty for each warehouse, then the Item Lookup can show availability in each warehouses. Requires our MD program which populates the UDF's.
