I attended the Sage Intelligence Hands-On Remote Traning today and found it very worthwhile. My prior experience was largely with Report Designer so I thought I would be lost (as I had been with very early Sage Intelligence training classes). Not so. The handouts were great and they stopped periodically to do some hands-on exercises. The class went from 12-4:30. If you feel like you need to get a little more training on Sage Intelligence this may be worth taking. The course only covered non-financial user of SI so there was NO financial report writing.

Yes - Sue Moore Ketchem was the instructor. I highly recommend it. The only real complaint I have is that getting all the pieces ready for the session is a bit of a hassle. I had to - Dial in by phone for the audio (I might have been able to use webex audio - so your mileage may vary) - Connect to a webex for the instructor slides/audio - Connect to a remote desktop (you don't use your local install of Sage) to participate in the exercises The course only covers the NON-FINANCIAL aspect of Sage Intelligence. It moved at an appropriate pace for someone like me who has setup SI several times, has done brief training on Report Designer usage but has not ventured past that stage (mostly because I found SI was a lot of customers wanting to DIY). The next classes are ( [Link](https://sageu.csod.com/LMS/LoDetails/DetailsLo.aspx?loid=cde85a82-7368-499c-adc5-cdfd14c465a0&query=%3Fs%3D1%26q%3Dsage%2520intelligence%2520intermediate&back_key=1#t=3) ) : January 8, 2019 (12 - 5 pm ET) March 27, 2019 (12-5 pm ET) I am used to the awful Sage powerpoints and presenters who seem barely able to deviate from the script. This was nothing like that. I think Sue managed the whole thing without any assistance on her end. When I registered I was not charged for the course. I inquired a little bit and people thought it was included as part of our annual fee to Sage.

Out of curiosity @WayneSchulz - did they cover Sage Intelligence reports being displayed within Sage CRM? I feel like the integration aspect is usually overlooked, so was curious if they did/didn't.

Nothing on CRM. It was a straightforward overview of typical Sage data tables like AR
