I am working on the slide deck for the Thursday presentation about Sage Summit. I think we should give people a contact number for issues/questions. For the pre-Summut training can i use Therese for the contact? For the events can I use Jim W for the contact? OR -- does it just make sense to have one person designated as the goto ""question answerer for all days""? Personally I like this idea because i don't think people pay much attention before they get to Summit and trying to explain that they call one person on one day and one person on another might be too much for them. And if it is one person for all days - any volunteers?

Here's the slide deck for tomorrow's presentation - it's about 95% done I just need to add some of the vendor member info - name/phone/booth. SWK had another webinar that day so they may not be on the call. IIG never replied to my email asking if they'd join us.

For the presentation today I'm going to move the vendor member introductions to the start since SWK has a webinar they're hosting and Hellene has limited time. I also plan to stress the importance of group communications while at Summit. Just like last year we will use our Google+ group for those who wish to share info and for real time group communications such as arranging for breakfast, lunch meet ups we will use Google Hangouts. I am going to allow vendor members to participate in both (G+ and Hangouts) as well as any additional members from member firms. We won't invite non-90 Minds folks into the official G+ or 90 Minds Hangout.
