I am upgrading our reference library inhouse Sage 100 Advanced 4.50.0.5 system to 2013 and need to remove a third party module. I used uninstall under Setup > System Configuration to get a list of companies that had data and then went to company maintenance to remove the data. Company Maintenance > Remove Data allows me to either select all or clear all using the buttons on the right but does not allow me either check or use the space bar to select or deselect individual modules. I am not in the company I am trying to edit and the same issue exists in all companies. Has anyone seen this or know what I have missed?

I had a similar issue with GetX, and the solution there was to delete the data folder in the MAS_XXX folder(s). Have a backup in case this doesn't work in your case.

Thank you! This is my situation exactly. I will try renaming or moving the GXxxx folders. Did this allow the Remove Data program to function normally again and allow for normal application deletion? Guess I will find out.

I think when I reopened MAS after deleting the folders it was just gone...

Renaming the Getx data folders did allow the Remove Data program to function normally and System Configuration was able to delete the application normally. Thanks again!
