I am unable to get on the KB today either. Unfortunately I have a client moving servers and they have to do payroll today. They received error 43 PRWIXB line 0210 when printing the direct deposit reports. Has anyone seen this?

Now it's showing Error 43 PRWFXB line 0210. Printing the direct deposit stubs. They are currently on MAS 200 level 4.30.

It's not exactly the same, but the old KB had this, it might help. http://infosource.sagesoftwareonline.com/infasp/kdb.asp?isresolutionconceptid=530378

Thanks @MoiraGoggin, we tried that and it didn't work. I wiped out the payroll data entry files and she rekeyed it and is getting the same error.

Oh sorry it was worth a try, what a pain to rekey and error again. Here's the link to the old KB - http://infosource.sagesoftwareonline.com/infasp/Search.asp?Submit=1, and perhaps this might help, the pvx error 43 Format mask invalid The format mask in a PRINT statement or a STR( ) function is not large enough to contain the numeric value.
