  • 1.  I am trying to upgrade from 4.10 to 5.10.4 Sage 10

    I am trying to upgrade from 4.10 to 5.10.4 Sage 100 standard server 2012 and getting a ""Not Responding ""on the Company Maintenance Screen. Has anyone seen this before? I am running it as administrator and have reinstalled also.

    At what point does this come up? Right after you install but before migrating? After migration? Do you have any company codes defined at all?

    After migration and yes there are 2 companies that were migrated. I wanted to go in and convert the data and can't get out of this screen without going to task manager and killing it.

    Yes but she doesn't think that is effecting it. She had me rename the ""LINKS"" folder and it still did the same. Even if I go in as administrator to add a company it freezes... I guess I might have to uninstall and reinstall again. Something is corrupted.

    Oh and anti virus is off also.

    Have you ruled out user rights

    Well no I never rule that out because the IT guy always says I have full rights and you know that is not true. I am thinking I need to do a round with the IT guy just to make sure. I'm not getting any other error messages.
