  • 1.  I am trying to remove a VI job from the Jobs Menu

    I am trying to remove a VI job from the Jobs Menu but it is not listed for removal. I can't see the task in Role Maint. either. Has anyone come across this? (Sage 100 Advanced 2017). Tks.

    I have not seen this. But out of curiosity, are you logged into Standard or Classic desktop? I have seen some issues resolved recently where you have to change the view temporarily to classic, logout, login. Then switch it back, logout, login. And it corrects some issues. Also, you can use the SY_MENU_UI and click 'Reset' or uncheck it from the menu that way. This is more of a workaround and to be honest not sure how it works in on Standard Desktop view.

    Switching Standard or Classic desktop did not resolve the issue. SY_MENU_UI Reset did not either.
