I am trying to import into V2016.1 Purchase Order. There does not appear to be a line type and it rejects anything not in the CI_Item. I am trying to bring in Special Items. ""*

I'd expect to see a line type, too. Before calling Sage (should you need to go there), check that there is either a special item GL account in the PO options or that you're importing that; and that your * item is 15 characters or less, including the *.

It just seams crazy the line type is not there any more. I guess the assumption is it is all now in the CI_Item table and no one considered special items. I tried /M and received the same issue that the item does not exist.

Try setting a misc item with the * as the code.

I actually want to do a few of them with *xxxxx with various codes.
