    I am trying to find this in the Sage CRM community but have had no luck. On 7.1 SP1 D I have set up the Exchange integration but for some reason when an appointment gets synched to Outlook, in Outlook the end time shows one hour later. For example if the begin time and end time in CRM is 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, it will show in Outlook as 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. I would think if it was a time zone issue, both the start and end time would be off.

    I would still check the timezones of all the elements - System, user CRM, user Exchange / Outlook.
