Sage 100

I am starting to use the Sage Intelligence report designer add-in. Have a client with multiple companies, but NO consolidated reporting. Was told that they would not need to purchase the Connector module, that we can switch companies when required. But this is proving difficult to do. Most of the time we need to exit completely out of Sage 100, then re-enter and select the new company before launching Report Manager in order to run reports on a new company. But sometimes EVEN THIS DOESN'T WORK. Is there a trick for switching companies? Why does the above not work sometimes? Any advice appreciated. My client is very frustrated, as am I.

In the old world (before the new version of SI), you had to log out of intelligence to switch companies. You couldn't do it on the fly. I don't know how it works now.

In 2014 close the manager, change company codes, open the manager back up. If this isn't working I might give tech support a call as I've never had an issue with this process in 2014.
