    I am running into an Error ( GL.ACCOUNT.LCK not found) error when trying to run the GL detail report (and a couple others) I am on a V2015 Premium system that is freshly converted from a PVX system. I have multiple companies and this report is working on other companies. It is just a problem on this company. I just rebooted the server and no change. Anyone else see this before. any ideas? @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

    Try copying all of the data to a new company code and see if the error persists. I saw something about damaged linked list pointers.

    hmm. It could be the GL_account or another table is locked. Did you look in the mas90\lock folder? Also, if a sql table is locked you can run a sql query ""exec sp_lock"" to get the current sql locks. the Sage LCK files are maintained outside the sql database.

    There is a gl_account.lck in the _sfn folder that I tried deleting and it didn't may a different. I will look at the SQL locks.

    Is the issue linked to paperless office? Not likely as not many have reports saved in pdf but maybe worth a look. Can the report preview?

    Chart of account doesn't work either Happens with preview too

    I had something similar happen a couple of years ago. I converted a company from advanced to premium and all of the financial statements and the gl detail was screwed up. It turned out to be something related to the SQL table properties. It may be worth comparing a known good table to one of the bad ones.

    Opening this one back up with an alternate solution (had me for several hours). Copied a Company code, 
    The "GL_Account.LCK" not found.
    There was/is no reference to this in the Sage KB, although drilling in and searching enough on the error code/program will get you there eventually. 

    The resolution was just to uncheck BR integration in PR Options
