To answer your question directly ... Sage CRM is big internationally and gets advertising funding from regional operating companys (OpCo's in Sage speak) so depending on where you are it will get funding. We have to keep in perspective that Pascal's choice to stop product ads and focus on Sage branding ads were driven by his feeling that no one at his bank knew how important Sage (and therefore he) is.
Even so, there are still some individual product ads taking place in North America. Sage One, Sage CRM, Act!, Saleslogix have all had individual ads that I've seen or heard in the last twelve months.
