    I am officially ""over"" the Sales Order History file. I can think of 3 clients off the top of my head who depend on this file and they consistently have lines missing, lines added, totals wrong... Yet there's hardly anything on the KB about issues. Apparently everyone is suffering in silence...

    I'm talking about just about every version. Two clients are on 2013, one is on 4.5 but had issues on 4.3, as well. I have no confidence in the SO history file, at all.

    I have also seen a lot of inconsistencies of data missing too. Something I also just recently learned as that the Unit Cost does NOT get updated to the SO History Line during the Invoice Update - how dumb is that?

    Are you sure @JaneScanlan ? I'm seeing unit cost in AR invoice history and in SO Sales Order History. v2013

    Yes. If you change the warehouse in the invoice, and the warehouses have different Average Costs, and the item is Average Costed, then it does not update the SO History Line with the Invoice Average Cost.
