    I am not the most fluent on credit card processing and Shipping Data Entry, but does a message appear in Shipping Data Entry if the credit card is now expired that was used to process the initial pre-authorization on the sales order? Example: the credit card had an expiration date of April 2014 and it is now May 1 and Shipping Data Entry is being used to ship the order.

    I believe they do. I know that if the authorization itself expires, they are unable to ship it but I'm not sure about the card expiring.

    What version? Pre-2013 it should show a message but have come across 2 clients on 2013 where the message was not appearing.

    Version 2013 @NicoleRonchetti. The client recently upgraded, so maybe this is a new legitimate problem. Have you been in touch with Sage on this?

    Went back through our case history- both situations were caused by Job Ops who provided the fix.
