I am not sure what this is but it doesn't sound like MySageSell. Given the Sage/Salesforce love fest I would guess possibly something using the SFDC community feature. I know Sage had been talking to the people who run GPUG but don't know if that went anywhere. Wouldn't be surprised by anything though my lead guess would be something with a SFDC backbone. I believe Salesforce allows you to create communities. Don't know if Sage could do so and invite in several thousand partners for free.
