Well, the customer is still having this issue and after looking at/cleaning up SY0ctl, SY_Workstation, SY_Console, and IM0/PO0, nothing has seemed to work. Since it doesn't happen in the business framework I am convinced that if they upgrade from version 4.30 to 4.40 or 4.50 it will fix itself, but for now I'm not sure what they can do.
