I am in the process of creating a group email that can be used even by those outside our 90 Minds domain. This would be for members (consultant or vendor) who have questions related to various benefits - whether it's adding/dropping people or scheduling webinars, etc.
By having this type of group we won't have to worry that when one of us goes on vacation the email sits in our inbox or is overlooked.
I'd like to keep the number of group emails to a minimum and initially just have one for membership and I'm thinking that those emails would only need to go to:

Robert
Wayne
We would encourage all of our members with organizational questions to use the email
membership@90minds.com and in turn that would go to each of the people in the group (the three noted above) who can reply and the reply automatically goes to everyone in the group plus the person who asked the question.
I'm hoping to have that ready today. I will post more when it's live.
