  • 1.  I am in sales order entry lines tab trying to add

    I am in sales order entry lines tab trying to add an additional field via custom office customizer. I am getting a message that field cannot be added to this grid in the Add Fields tab. This is on an already customized grid. I CAN add it to a new grid, but not the already customized. Any ideas? Thanks Cooper

    Have you tried removing all the other UDFs, exiting & then going back in & adding them all at once? I remember having to do this in 4.4 or 4.5 for SO Lines. Not sure if same issue.

    I've run into this before. At my customer, they had a ### setting that had customization for the lines, and unique header panels for individuals. I was only able to add new lines UDFs to the ### panel. Everyone was then able to see and use them.
