Sage 100

.I am having an issue with Crystal Reports 2011 on a server 2012 with V2015 premium. When I start Crystal an SAP License manager key box pops up asking to register the Crystal reports. When I click OK Crystal Closes. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Anyone seen this before? I remember an issue similar but it was on a much older version of SAGE. #CrystalReports

It has to be a permission issue but tough to resolve.

Crystal 2011 no longer uses a keycode.dll.

Misery loves company: I have the same issue with a Windows 8.1 workstation for Sage 100 2014 Advanced.

It seems you are missing the license key. My installation has a license key. I believe this is a 30 day trial key. D720X-JYXR30S-BYN5FBX-1A30040-WE Try activating then removing.

Did you share and give permission to the folder where Crysal is installed, possibly the server and workstation

Found it at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal Reports\Keycodes\CR Dev, first part of the (Default) key

@RonPeterson all the licensing in crystal 2011 is in the registry now.. it is likely a permission issues but in the registry not folders!!
