Sage 100

I am doing the go live transition this weekend for that involves new servers and Sage 100 version 2015 advanced to 2016 advanced . Sage has been migrated and converted and the Starship database has been brought over and is live. When I open sales order entry I get the attached error message. When I rename SO_SALESORDER_BUS.pvc and SO_SALESORDER_UI.pvc under the Links folder I can then open sales order entry. The Starship Rate Quote button does show up, however it is not working. Starship Rate Quote was not installed on the previous server. If I click directly on the Rate Quote connection outside of Sage and it does work. Since V-Technologies is closed on the weekend, has anyone experienced this?

Quick suggestion. StarShip client, perhaps the client needs to be updated for Sage 100 2016.

Is StarShip the current version?

It is Starship version 17.1 which is the latest build. The client is pointing to the Sage 100 2016 link. Jim Woodhead sent me the StarShip link for the connection between Sage and Starship. I installed it and I still get the error when the SO Order links are in place. It has something to do with Rate Quote.
