I am attempting to import records into PR.EARN (PRD) file. On the ""Records"" tab, does anyone know what VI is looking for with the ""Standard"" record and the ""Earnings Type"" record. When I do the test import all records are ""successful"", but nothing actually shows up as coming in. Also, does anyone know what the ""PR.EARN_II"" file is used for in VI? I'm thinking I need to do something with this as well. I have almost 100 records to bring in and really do not want to have to manually put these in. Thanks.

PRD holds both earnings codes and deduction codes. So you can choose the Earnings type record based on any field you are importing not being equal to blank. I don't see a PR.EARN_II file in my VI...

Thanks. I was trying to do the import because I was having a conversion issue, that has now been resolved. I believe the PR.EARN_II file was related to a modification.
