    I admit it: I avoid the portal as often as possible. While that benefits my patience, it leaves me not remembering how to navigate. Is there a way to show the cases that have been created for our customer accounts? I remember at one point needing to authorize the customer account to report their cases in the portal.

    Initially, it was turn off by default (upon advice from legal). I never pursued it after that.

    Don't know the answer - I've never looked the customer cases up online once Sage made the big stink over disallowing access without a customer acknowledgement.

    To actually answer your question, the customer has to log in and check a box that is difficult to find in order for you to see their cases.

    And I think you get to see the case number, but can't drill down and see the notes. How useful.

    What's the upside to Sage to make this easy for partners to see what is going on at the customers?
