  • 1.  Hyperlink in Sage 100 invoice form

    Have a client with 3 hyperlinks on their Invoice Form.  If they preview the form, you can click on them just fine.  If they Print to PDF from the export, they do not work.  If they EXPORT to PDF from the Preview, they work.  They do not work from Paperless, either.

    Does anyone else have hyperlinks working on a form from Sage and did you have difficulties getting it to work?  Assuming it has something to do with their Adobe version?

    You need to print the URL, not have a hyperlink in the object. Print it in white color.

    Exactly what Eric says.  That is how click-to-pay links are added to a form for APS / Repay (in their documentation).

    The paperless print driver does not properly convert hyperlink properties... but PDF readers will convert URL's into clickable objects.
