I have one client with that integration. I inherited them and wasn't involved in the setup. The only contact I've had with Commercient is when I'm upgrading Sage 100 and coordinating with them to make the necessary updates on their end. I found it's best to communicate via email since they're in the Phillipines. My client is happy with the integration.
