    So if they had a profit under GAAP, would they bother to mention non-GAAP net income?

    Probably not... There has to come a point where investors demand a profit from a public company, doesn't there?

    30% top line growth is the metric that everyone seems to look at. On a GAAP basis it looks like losses increased about 10%. When/if top line growth stalls that's when you'll see the stock deflate.

    They have 1/2 the revenues of Epicor and 10x the valuation. Somebody is going to be missing a chair when the music stops They would have to have like 5 to 10 billion in revenue to grow into a 'sane' valuation

    I agree these are silly valuations and somethings got to give. They are probably growing revenues 10x faster than both Sage and Epicor. I think that's what the valuations are being based upon.
