Interim is probably the key term here. Will the title on her cards be ""Interim President""? I always considered Pascal to be interim, and perhaps that is the norm for this position now.

She was interim before. Interim now. Not sure exactly why she is back other than maybe to try to mend the relationship with VARS?

I recall that she's had some cleanup/turn around experience? And she does know the channel issues in NA (as opposed to, say, France). If Spring is as good as his first impression, this could be an interesting team.
