You have to shake it well first before opening the cap becauses it's actually....wait for it...garlic, and not a whole pile of additives, 'decaking agents', salt etc. It's so flavorful and strong, it literally makes a night and day difference from the 'stuff' they sell on the grocery store shelves that might be made (partially) from garlic that was grown years ago. The fact that my sister and brother in law grow and make it on their organic farm in Missoula Montana doesn't hurt either smile emoticon But seriously, when I make garlic bread, or chicken parm, etc, the flavor is amazing. Its very easy to use as a replacement for fresh garlic when you are in a hurry and don't want/have time to peel and mash garlic. It has some unique flavors because they use variations that the big commercial companies don't as they grow slower.
