    Last year we had numerous requests for an agenda and I remember scrambling. Do we have enough info to head off those requests again?

    No, we do not have an agenda ready for publication yet. How could we when we don't even know which affiliates will be speaking? As for non-affiliate sessions @BrianRice no, they are not full yet either. I will put together what we have so far.

    Looks great. I also made a few changes. I think we are good to go. The password will be motm2016 I have locked it down.

    At the top of Event site, do you want to break out the pre-conference dates from the MOTM dates? Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 8:00 AM - Sunday, February 21, 2016 at 11:30 AM (PST) Pre-conference Wednesday February 17, 2016 8:00 am through February 18, 2016 5:00 pm (PST) Meeting of the MInds Thursday February 18, 2016 5:30 pm to Sunday February 21, 2016 11:30 am (PST)

    Thanks @MoiraGoggin. I think Jim is making a few changes but if he doesn't do this, I will. I think our goal of making it a four day event is falling by the wayside however.

    Getting 100+ people to attend took four years, getting people to think of the conference as a four day event will take time also.

    Unfortunately, we can't break apart the two events in an easy manner. Eventbrite has some quirks.
