It's only going to take one decent ERP cloud company to go belly up to cause a chain reaction in confidence if you ask me. Every one of them are losing money currently so its just a matter of time.

And we are starting to see the euphoria around the free apps dry up. There are several that are starting to go belly up pretty quickly - i think Hipstamatic was the latest darling. I agree with you - there will be a run of unprofitable companies that start to tank pretty quickly.
