After much anticipation and delay, SWK Technologies, Inc. is pleased to have recently completed the acquisition of Hightower's assets, including the HighTower proprietary enhancements.
SWK takes great pride in testing and delivering proprietary add-on solutions for Sage end-users and for Sage channel partners. Historically, we do this in advance of the release of the new version by Sage and look forward to doing this for the HighTower enhancements, like we do for MAPADOC EDI.
The acquisition of the Hightower assets spanned nearly three months. In late March, we executed a letter of intent and immediately began supporting Hightower Sage clients as Hightower had ceased operations. There were many delays caused by third parties, yet we managed to continue working on bringing the enhancements to current version during this time through a license agreement. This ceased when we closed on the asset purchase as we now own these assets.
Currently, we are evaluating each product and developing the correct roadmap to best utilize our collective programming resources. We are focused on meeting your needs and delivering a solid solution the first time. After all, we are also a Sage business partner like you and we understand the effects of poor execution.
