Just sharing a quick thought from recent demos. A recurring comment I hear from Sage partners after we show Sage CRM is: "That looks a lot different than I remember."
In my opinion, the difference usually comes down to three things: a better UI theme, strong Outlook integration, and practical ERP integration through GUMU™. Once you show live ERP data, quoting, and order creation through the CRM interface, it becomes a much easier system to position.
