Anyone had an experience switching a client from Ebiz to Paya?  We created a copy of their MAS90 folder. On the line with Paya at the time and they were unable to get Paya keys to be recognized as a valid combination.  Paya confirmed their keys and suspects something in Ebiz code is blocking Paya).  We can't uninstall Ebiz right away, so trying to get it working in a test instance.

BTW, the client knows they will not transfer cc tokens and they're fine with that.  We just want to know if there's a process.

Any successful conversions you all can report, and what was the magic?

We have done it twice now. It was not until we removed all of ebiz did it start to work.

The challenge is uninstalling ebiz. They have overwritten Sage programs in the MAS90\AR and SO folder in addition to the adding programs in the links folder.

Sorry, but I do not have the complete list of the files handy, but I recall AR_CustomerCreditCard, AR_PaymentType,So_InvoicePayment, SO_SlaesOrder, and SO_SalesOrderPayment.

On one of them, I believe we had to re-install Sage AR in order to overwrite the module again. On the other one, we were able to pick out the files. We used test servers on both to fully test the conversion.

The other challenge (warning) was any stored credit cards had to be re-entered after the change in processors.

    Good Luck,

    Michael

    Thanks, Michael.  An ugly process.
