Analysis Utility
Extract the CI_Analytics_utl to the ..\MAS90\Utility folder
Open Sage 100 ERP
Change to company code desired to gather analytics detail information
Open File, Run, enter SYZCON click OK
At the prompt type run ""..\Utility\CI_Analytics_utl"" (Include quotes around the command)
Message appears ""This utility will gather analytics for Company XXX. For a Different Company, first switch to that Company and then re-run this utility""
Click Yes to proceed
Analytics file will be created in the ..\MAS90\Home\TextOut folder on the server. Sample file name
""Analytics_ABC Distribution and Service Corp._(ABC).txt""
Email file to Sage 100 ERP Support (
tools.na@sage.com). Include Support Case# in subject field
