  • 1.  How to remove SageCRM from a client Sage 100 (v2015) installation

    We are planning to upgarde the client to v2020.1.  They do not use (or want to use - never really used) SageCRM.  

    Is there a way to either:
    1. Remove it from v2015 prior to upgrading them to v2020 (on a new server)?
    2. Install 2020 and migrate without SageCRM?

    I've upgraded folks with SageCRM integrated with Sage 100 - you have to upgrade in steps, leapfrogging systems.  And, I think the only thing you need to do is turn-off/disable the link in Sage 100, by deleting records in the Customer Relationship Management > CRM Company Options and CRM Server Options.  I don't believe Reinitializing the table is an option, as it isn't in the list.  There may be a file in the CRM folder that can be renamed or moved in Windows File Explorer. Perhaps @Basil Malik has a suggestion.​
