I've upgraded folks with SageCRM integrated with Sage 100 - you have to upgrade in steps, leapfrogging systems. And, I think the only thing you need to do is turn-off/disable the link in Sage 100, by deleting records in the Customer Relationship Management > CRM Company Options and CRM Server Options. I don't believe Reinitializing the table is an option, as it isn't in the list. There may be a file in the CRM folder that can be renamed or moved in Windows File Explorer. Perhaps
